P/T CFO was created in 2014, when our founder, Charles Onesian realized the local demand that existed for higher level financial and accounting services by small businesses that didn’t necessarily have the budget or the need for a full-time, well-tenured Chief Financial Officer, but definitely realized and understood the need for and the benefit of such services.

Charles Onesian brings more than thirty years of small business finance and accounting services to P/T CFO. After earning his Bachelor’s Degree with a dual major (Accounting and Managerial Economics/Finance) from the University of Michigan, Chuck began his career at the Certified Public Accounting firm of Follmer, Rudzewicz & Co. (now known as UHY Advisors). He worked his way up to the level of Manager by gaining valuable experience in both manufacturing and service-based companies, performing compilations, reviews and audits on entities ranging in size from $1M to over $100M in annual revenues. Also involved in the Tax and Quality Control departments of the firm, he gained experience not only supervising field staff work efforts, but also in financial statement preparation and analysis.
